In the recording studio with bass guitarist Danny Knapp

Danny Knapp is a Southern California session bass guitarist available for in-studio and remote session bass recording. Additionally, he works with artists anywhere in the world and delivers a clean, mix-ready track.Whether you need bass tracks for an EP, a single, or a full album, he delivers a performance built around your song rather than a generic take.

He offers prompt turnaround and clear communication. His active performance schedule โ€” 90+ shows a year across a dozen active projects โ€” keeps his playing sharp year-round, so every remote session bass recording arrives tight and ready to drop into your mix.

“If there was ever a ‘Pro’s’ Pro, I’ve found him… No matter what style, setting, or scenario I throw at him he always brings an A+ professionalism and absolutely crushes the gig.”
