Depending on perspective, this is a great era for independent musicians and artists to shine — those who can make recordings and videos without a big team. I’m so proud of all of the projects I work with for keeping up the momentum and finding new ways work and collaborate when everything felt so futile.

Observe the melonhead in its natural environment. What are the chances it is making bass-face underneath the mask?

Here’s a quick demo of the bass synth preset I created for performing the Missing Persons song “Words” using the @SourceAudio C4 Synth pedal. You can download my preset from the Source Audio Neuro Community website at https://neuro.sourceaudio.net/preset/uzJQubXHpm

Here’s a short clip from our @werenogentlemen online streaming event last Saturday night on @takeover.live — if you haven’t had a chance yet, you can still watch the full show for FREE at the link below.
Looking forward to some upcoming studio sessions in the next few weeks. As much as I crave performing live, being in the recording studio definitely qualifies as being in my ‘happy place’ too. I love the challenges of the creative process, the collaboration with the other artists and production team, and the satisfaction of being able to say, “We made this!” when listening to the final produced song. 🤘😎
I just posted a bass play-through on my YouTube channel for the new song from my band The Bredren, “Cali Livin”. I’m especially stoked to share this song because I had a hand in writing the music and lyrics. You can listen to this song and all the other tunes from The Bredren on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and all other major platforms.

Soundcheck is always very serious business. There’s no time for goofing around or mugging at the camera man! 😜
throwbackthursday 2018 – In character, performing with HitMe90s at Lucky Strike Live. Such a fun band and a great venue.
