Recently discovered some footage from a live performance with The Bredren in 2018, playing our original song, “Already Gone” at Slide Bar in Orange County, CA
So proud to work with The Nguyen Twinz and their band. They just recently released the live video for our performance of “Fearless” at the OC Fair.
You can watch the full-length video of We’re No Gentlemen doing a fun cover of “Sk8er Boi” by Avril that we recently recorded live at @Takeover.Live on our YouTube channel
Here’s what it sounded like in the control room during the first live recording session for Maiden United, a new Iron Maiden tribute band. Do you recognize this song?
There’s a special magic for me every time I step into a recording studio. My Kemper Profiler and I have been in our happy place for the past few days working on tracks for a new Iron Maiden tribute project.
Thanks to the staff and the amazing audience that came out to catch Identity Theft (the band) last night at Terranea. We had so much fun and hope to see y’all again soon.
Come catch me live with ‘Identity Theft’ at Terranea Resort tonight as part of the Terranea Sound Series at Nelson’s. We’re playing all your favorite 80s tunes at the Beer Garden from 6-10pm, surrounded by outdoor fire pits and unrivaled ocean sunset views. No reservations needed. Just arrive early enough to snag seating.
I’ve been using my current amplification rig for about 5 years now, and I have to say it’s really been the best sounding and most trustworthy setup I’ve ever had. I’m using a Kemper Profiler, Source Audio and Panda effects, and Shure QLXD & PSM900 wireless systems. It’s all loaded into a Gator shallow 6u case, and I use my Sensaphonics IEMs or my Schroeder custom 2×12 cabinet for monitoring.
Depending on perspective, this is a great era for independent musicians and artists to shine — those who can make recordings and videos without a big team. I’m so proud of all of the projects I work with for keeping up the momentum and finding new ways work and collaborate when everything felt so futile.
