We start shooting a music video tomorrow for the latest @werenogentlemen studio track, “Viscious Love”. For tbt, I thought it would be fun to mention that before I joined the band, I was in the “Promises” music video. Watch this clip and see if you notice a few glimpses (just look for the bald guy in shades).

throwbackthursday – Goofing around at a promotional event with my Katy Perry tribute band-mate, Katrina. The guitarist and I do the “left-shark, right-shark” thing when we play California Gurls — suffice it to say, it’s actually pretty difficult to play and sing while wearing a furry shark head, but the audience loves it. 🤪
I’ve been attending the NAMM show for years. It’s such a great opportunity to learn about all the new music tech being released as well as a chance to see so many great friends and peers. Sadly, the NAMM Winter Show won’t be be held in-person this year due to the pandemic. Since today would have been the first day of the event, I figured it would be an appropriate TBT to post a few photos from NAMMs of the past
throwbackthursday This time last year I played my first gig after my appendix burst and I spent 4 days in the hospital due to complications. I’m very grateful for all the support from my friends and family. With their help, I was able to take the stage just over a month into my recovery.
throwbackthursday (at 19 years old) Hanging out with the band and crew after a gig opening for RIOT — these guys are fantastic musicians, and they treated us very well as their opening act. So sad to hear of Mark Reale’s passing in 2012. There’s a great documentary about this band called ‘Riot – Fight or Fall’ you can watch for free on The Metal Voice YouTube channel.
throwbackthursday – 2015, “surfing with the alien” at a Halloween gig. Playing in this morph suit was more tricky than anticipated because my field of vision was very blurry and having my fingers covered made it difficult to feel the strings and fretboard. I had a lot of fun anyways! Time to start thinking about my Halloween costume for this year. Any ideas?
