FlashbackFriday – During the first days of the 2020 Covid-19 quarantine in SoCal, the members of Identity Theft (the band) kept themselves busy working on a remotely recorded cover version of “Words” by Missing Persons. I used my Kemper Profiler and I created a preset for my Source Audio C4 Synth pedal to recreate the synth bass sound. It wasn’t long after that Scotty left Feedbags to join the Gin Blossoms. Jim also co-wrote several songs that ended up on the Gin Blossums’ albums
